Anything to do with an order you have already placed: delivery, cancellation, returns, exchanges, or a fault.

When we are working

We reply to email within one business day. We work Monday to Friday on Pacific Time, which is the same clock as Los Angeles, three hours behind New York, and eight hours behind London. A message sent on Friday afternoon in New York usually gets an answer on Monday.

Returns start here

Please write to care@goldandrichie.com before sending anything back. We confirm the return in writing and send a prepaid, insured label. A parcel of jewellery that arrives unannounced is not insured, and we cannot take responsibility for it.

What to include

If your message is about an order, include the order number. If it is about a fault, add photographs. It saves a round trip and usually gets you an answer the same day.
